  • Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors based on project scope and specifications.
  • Analyze quotes to ensure completeness, competitiveness, and technical compliance.
  • Issue purchase requests and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of materials and services.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to support quality and schedule performance.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as the central communication point between design, procurement, finishing, and production teams.
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications to ensure production readiness.
  • Track and communicate status updates, risks, and changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Material & Process Coordination
  • Coordinate availability of raw materials, purchased components, and subcontracted services.
  • Ensure proper sequencing of fabrication, finishing, and assembly processes.

  • Work with site teams and project managers to align delivery timing & sequence with installation schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and labeling for shipments.

Quality & Compliance

  • Support quality control processes to ensure products meet architectural specifications and standards.
  • Verify that fabrication and finishing processes align with approved submittals.
  • Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
