POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Content Marketing Specialist plays a key role in bringing the Sisel brand to life through engaging storytelling, creative content, and strategic marketing initiatives. This position supports global marketing efforts by creating content that educates, inspires, and connects with customers and distributors across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and eager to learn. They enjoy creating social media content, staying current on marketing trends, and finding new ways to tell compelling stories. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to a growing, global brand.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create engaging content for social media, including short-form videos, graphics, captions, stories, and campaigns that align with the Sisel brand.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content for Sisel's corporate social media channels while monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Develop compelling written and visual content that educates, inspires, and engages customers and distributors across digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer stories, product information, testimonials, and insights while supporting marketing initiatives across the organization.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, distributor recognition programs, contests, and events.
• Assist with communications and social media content for international markets, including Australia, while collaborating with regional teams to ensure messaging aligns with local needs and global brand standards.
• Coordinate with international markets on written content, translations, and marketing initiatives.
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency with Sisel's brand voice and visual identity.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, content opportunities, and innovative marketing ideas.
• Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to the marketing team.
• Assist with photography, video shoots, and other creative content projects as needed.
• Work with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/SKILLS:
Required:
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field. Internship, freelance, or portfolio experience will also be considered.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new marketing tools, technologies, and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Experience in direct selling, wellness, health, or consumer products is a plus.
