Assignment is for the 2026-2027 school year Primary Purpose:Facilitate online learning platforms and ensure timely completion and submission of student work. Work collaboratively with outside educational entities to provide learning opportunities to students needing remedial or accelerated online instruction. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in post-secondary institutions and society.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for the subject and level assigned.Demonstrated competency in the academic subject area assigned

Special Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of curriculum and instruction.Excellent time management, organizational, and classroom management skills.9th-12th Texas teacher certification requiredFamiliarity with the Imagine Learning/Edgenuity online platform preferred.Experience facilitating Texas Virtual School Network or Imagine Learning courses preferred. Experience:Minimum one year of student teaching or approved internship.
