Job description

Interviews Chat is an AI platform that helps people ace their job interviews. Our Interview Copilot listens to live meetings and provides real-time answers and suggestions. We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand how users interact with our product and turn data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with the founder, product, and growth to answer questions like what drives conversions, what causes churn, and which features actually matter.
What You’ll Do:
  • Analyze product, usage, and revenue data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports for metrics like conversion, retention, churn, and feature usage.
  • Run cohort analyses to understand user behavior over time.
  • Investigate funnels (visit → signup → paid) and identify drop-off points.
  • Support pricing, onboarding, and feature decisions with data.
  • Translate numbers into clear recommendations that non-technical teammates can act on.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with product, growth, or revenue data in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with analytics databases.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar).
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly in written English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity — you ask why, not just what.
  • Bonus: experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or subscription analytics.

What We Offer:
  • 100% remote work with flexible hours.
  • Competitive salary (depending on experience).
  • Direct impact on a growing AI startup.
  • Small team, fast feedback loop, no bureaucracy.
  • Real ownership over how data is used across the company.
