Job description

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and professional positions across the U.S. You'll build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring leaders.   
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship-building.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout all stages.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Support university and early-career hiring efforts, including travel to campus events and hiring coordination of internship programs.
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to maintain accurate records, track progress, and support reporting needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent MAPEI at recruiting events as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition on process improvements, recruiting optimization projects, and special initiatives.
  • Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience; corporate or early-career recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle HCM preferred).
  • Familiarity with key recruiting platforms, including Indeed Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to attract diverse, qualified talent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel for university recruiting events.
