Position Overview

Our Insurance Specialist Internship offers a dynamic opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience in one of the nation's most respected crop insurance companies. Interns will gain exposure to both the claims and marketing sides of the business through real-world projects, interactive classroom sessions, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

This 360-degree internship includes:

  • Field experience in claims adjustment and underwriting
  • Marketing and customer engagement projects
  • Team-based assignments and problem-solving
  • Classroom instruction and interaction with senior leadership

This internship runs from June to early August 2026 and is located in Johnston, Iowa.
