Job description

Internship Program

This internship program is unpaid and allows up to 20 hours per week. It will support the Juvenile Court Division and will be supervised by the Juvenile Court Director. Activities include working with members of the Juvenile team on various projects and initiatives in Juvenile Court at the Main Courthouse location.

Essential Duties

  • Identify, update and maintain Juvenile Court resources.
  • Oversee the Community Link and Employment Navigator programs.
  • Assist in the development of materials for Juvenile Court initiatives.
  • Identify community service opportunities and partnerships for court-involved youth.
  • Observe Juvenile Court proceedings, trainings and meetings as applicable.
  • Assist with completion of youth data surveys.
  • Identify and provide information on events, activities and resources for youth and families.
  • Work on juvenile division projects as requested.

Minimum Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must be a current student of an accredited schooling program, university or college.
