Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager ensures the efficient operation of production processes, driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across multiple value streams and overseeing production teams. This role manages multiple departments, focusing on optimizing value delivery across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure smooth production workflows.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocations for operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Identify cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
  • Communicate operational performance and improvement plans to upper management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Stay current with industry trends to foster innovation and process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer degree in business, finance or accounting; MBA or CPA would be a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Proven experience in developing financial models for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with multiple revenue recognition methods (e.g., percentage of completion accounting).
