Job description

Job Title: Project Engineer

Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000

About the Role

We are hiring a Project Engineer for a growing South Florida developer and general contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 1–2 years of experience working for a General Contractor who wants to continue building their career while working alongside experienced project leadership on large-scale commercial and mixed-use construction projects.

We're also open to strong recent Construction Management graduates who have gained meaningful real-world construction experience through internships, field experience, or previous employment.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction management while receiving mentorship and increasing responsibility over time.

Must-Have Experience

We're looking for candidates with approximately 1–2+ years of General Contractor experience or strong recent Construction Management graduates with practical field experience.

You must have:

  • Experience with a General Contractor preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Compensation
