Ad Tech Partnership & Vendor Manager
Location: New York, NY (On-site, 4 days per week)
Reports To: SVP Ad Platform Operation

Tech Partnerships
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise technology partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Co-develop joint business plans, co-sell motions, and GTM strategies with enterprise partners
  • Lead partnership agreement negotiations in collaboration with Legal and senior leadership
  • Define and track partnership KPIs; deliver regular business reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders
  • Build and deepen relationships across the technology partner and integration ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and advance integration roadmaps
  • Orchestrate go-to-market execution for new integration launches, including joint messaging, co-marketing, and technical documentation

Vendor Operations
  • Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle - onboarding, contracting, renewals, and offboarding - in close coordination with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
  • Drive vendor performance against agreed SLAs; lead regular business reviews and escalate issues when standards are not met
  • Maintain a centralized vendor registry tracking spend, contract terms, performance metrics, and renewal timelines across all partnership-related tools and service providers
  • Partner with Finance to monitor vendor spend against budget; identify cost optimization opportunities and negotiate favorable terms at renewal
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for vendor escalations, routing issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely resolution
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms - affiliate networks, PRM software, analytics solutions - to improve operational efficiency across the partnerships function

Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management - ideally spanning more than one of the three tracks above
  • Proven track record of building and growing partnerships that drove measurable business outcomes
  • Strong relationship skills - you build trust fast and maintain it over the long term
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity: you can scope a deal, manage a negotiation, and track performance without heavy process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to adapt your style for a startup founder, a Fortune 500 exec, or a content creator
  • Data fluency: comfortable pulling reports, interpreting performance dashboards, and making decisions from data

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000 USD Annually + Benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
