  • Proven experience leading an Automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales department.
  • Experience building or significantly growing an Internet Sales operation is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, digital retailing, and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Highly proficient with AI technology, smartphones, iPads, mobile applications, and emerging digital platforms.
