Job Description
An international technology company is seeking a bilingual Japanese assistant in the Global Mobility area for the General Affairs Department located in Albany, NY.
The primary responsibilities include:
1) Providing clerical support to senior members of the HR team during the onboarding process for new expatriate employees.
2) Assisting expatriate employees who have difficulties or questions regarding payroll, medical insurance, and other benefits.
3) Providing car services for senior employees arriving from abroad at the airport.
4) Handling other assignments from management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, both oral and written.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a supportive role or as a service provider, preferably in an organized environment.
- Willingness to support foreign employees who are not familiar with local customs.
- A US driver's license and the ability to drive.
