Job description

WHY JOIN ALO?
Mindful movement. It's at the core of why we do what we do at ALO-it's our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That's the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.
OVERVIEW
Alo Yoga is seeking a strategic, operationally minded team member to be our Senior Manager, International Digital, where this person will drive growth and manage performance across the business, but with a focus on one of our key regions. Reporting into senior digital leadership, you will own market strategy, customer experience and business economics, and coordinate across functions to accelerate regional expansion.
This is an individual contributor role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will serve as a thought partner to leadership on regional opportunities while driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate is operationally rigorous, analytically sharp, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own regional business reporting, including performance tracking, diagnostics, and regular analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Drive P&L management for the region, identifying and activating levers to grow revenue and improve profitability
  • Partner with Digital Growth, Merchandising and Retail teams to accelerate regional performance and execute on strategic priorities
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate market opportunities, pricing strategies, localization initiatives, and operational efficiency
  • Develop regional strategies to optimize customer experience with an eye towards acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
  • Influence cross-functionally to align priorities and execute effectively across merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations
  • Build scalable frameworks and operating rhythms to support ongoing regional growth and expansion

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manager+ level experience, with demonstrated ownership of driving complex initiatives to completion
  • Strong analytical capabilities with comfort navigating both strategic planning and detailed execution
  • Operationally minded with a track record of delivering measurable business impact
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional peers and leadership
  • Digitally savvy with strong customer orientation and understanding of e-commerce dynamics
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
