We practice interconnected design across architecture, placemaking, and landscape architecture to define design as a continuum. 


We follow a process that begins with attunement, where program and context shape strong conceptual thinking to establish a holistically informed big idea through which we develop form, confirm function, and define experience as the basis on which to explore ecology, material, and tectonic expression. We are known for our bold solutions that are inclusive of the wider context and are ever mindful that an interdisciplinary approach to design brings about inclusive, resilient, and original solutions that ensure diversity and resilience.  


We are seeking a Landscape Project Director to coordinate and manage strategies on multiple projects. Interested applicants must be a deeply knowledgeable project delivery lead who constantly works to improve the quality of project deliverables. A positive team player that can work collaboratively and independently. 


 The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:  

  • Guides, mentors & maintains project milestones and deliverables in a timely manner throughout the life of the project.
  • Thorough comprehension of BIM workflow. 
  • Proficiency developing project specifications 
  • Demonstrated  experience completing projects through construction
  • Successful development and oversight of design documentation. For example: Schematic, design development and construction documentation. 
  • Oversee and support preparation of basis of design & specifications; oversee product research & material selection.
  • Ability to review & oversee drawing sets at all phases and on multiple projects, lead consultant coordination, oversee code research, initiate and oversee plan check process; mentor teams with complex design problems & details.
  • Manage, review & respond to RFIs & submittals; lead consultant coordination; manage drawing issuances & bulletins; attend site      visits, document field notes, create punchlists.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT
  • Working knowledge of team collaboration & management tools (current examples include Deltek, Newforma, Teams, Bluebeam, conferencing tools)
  • Accredited Landscape Architect preferred
