Provide compassionate, hands-on care for Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents in a supportive long-term care community. You'll help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary care team.

At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.

Job Description

You'll provide hands-on care in a long-term care environment, assisting Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents with daily care, mobility, meals, safety, and emotional support. This PRN role is based in Sandusky, Ohio.

You'll apply your CNA/STNA skills to support daily resident care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to resident comfort and quality of life.

Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living needs, including movement, meals, personal care, appointments, social activities, and companionship.
  • Take and record vital signs while observing and reporting changes in resident condition.
  • Support basic first aid and CPR response when needed within scope.
  • Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas that support comfort and dignity.
  • Participate in team trainings and contribute to a calm, caring environment.

Requirements

  • Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry or meet equivalent requirements.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
