POSITION SUMMARY

H-E Parts is embarking on a global business transformation to modernize its enterprise technology landscape, standardize business processes, and enable scalable growth across our worldwide operations.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Director to lead the execution of this multi-year transformation. Rather than defining strategy, this leader will operationalize an established roadmap into a disciplined, well-governed program that delivers measurable business outcomes.

This role requires an accomplished program executive who thrives in complex environments, can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and possesses the leadership skills to align executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners around a common vision.

The successful candidate will build the governance structure, establish integrated program plans, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications across North America, South America, Australia, and future global locations.


WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

You'll oversee execution of one of the company's most strategic business initiatives, including:
