OVERVIEW:

It would comprise of spending a lot of time hiring/recruiting, administrative tasks, and going out into the field to monitor and provide quality assurance in clients homes. The job also requires traveling to Bluffton, South Carolina several days a week to conduct hiring interviews and provide support at our satellite office.

It would also involve providing training, coaching, and encouragement to our technicians and the ability to create some of these training materials independently, the role would also involve providing support to our business manager.


This role would probably best suit someone coming from the food and beverage industry, any other home services business, or the hospitality industry.
