The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Operations Agent to join our dynamic team in Springfield Gardens, NY. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring shipments are processed, packaged, and prepared for export with accuracy and care. You’ll support operations specialists and senior specialists while maintaining compliance with all shipping and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist operations specialists in all warehouse functions, ensuring timely and accurate shipment preparation for export.

  • Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in accordance with company workflows.

  • Capture and record weight and dimensions of shipments using conveyor or manual equipment.

  • Label, bag, tag, and secure all export shipments using tamper-evident materials and proper documentation.

  • Assign vendors, agents, or drivers for tender and recovery tasks as needed.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, replenish workstation supplies, and support overall warehouse upkeep.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues and document requests.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external emails and communications.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.


What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

  • Baseline knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic data entry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Professional, positive attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several systems or projects simultaneously.

  • No prior logistics experience required we provide full training.


Working Conditions
  • Flexibility with shifts/schedules, including potential overtime, weekends, after-hours, or holidays as required.

  • Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments.


Physical Requirements
  • Bending, stretching, and lifting up to 70 lbs.
