The Role in Brief: 

Paid Media Executive, Hybrid 

Hybrid is seeking a motivated, analytical, and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join our growing Digital team. In this role, you'll execute and optimize paid media campaigns for higher education clients around the world, helping institutions connect with prospective students through innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies. 

As a Paid Media Executive, you'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms while partnering with Account Managers, Digital Strategists, and clients to deliver measurable performance. You'll analyze campaign data, uncover actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize results across multiple channels. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise in paid search, paid social, and emerging media platforms while working on global campaigns with significant budgets in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment. 

This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

The Paid Media Executive is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable results for Hybrid's higher education partners. 

Campaign Management 

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.  

  • Execute campaign optimizations to improve performance and maximize return on advertising spend.  

  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure client objectives are achieved.  

  • Support international campaigns across emerging media platforms as business needs evolve.  

Performance Analysis & Optimization 

  • Track campaign KPIs and analyze performance across multiple digital channels.  

  • Develop insightful campaign reports that clearly communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.  

  • Identify performance trends, optimization opportunities, and emerging audience behaviors.  

  • Utilize data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and overall client outcomes.  

Client Success & Collaboration 

  • Build a strong understanding of each client's goals, enrollment objectives, and marketing strategy.  

  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Digital leadership to develop integrated media strategies.  

  • Collaborate with platform partners including Google and Meta to leverage best practices and new capabilities.  

  • Contribute ideas that improve campaign performance, innovation, and client experience.  

Operational Excellence 

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and time management.  

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.  

  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising technologies.  

  • Continue developing expertise across new advertising channels and international media platforms.  

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.  

  • 1-3+ years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns, digital marketing, or performance marketing.  

  • Experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.  

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.  

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.  

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing paid Search, Social, and Programmatic advertising campaigns.  

  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, attribution, and digital marketing analytics.  

  • Experience working with large advertising budgets across multiple clients.  

  • Passion for digital marketing, emerging advertising technologies, and performance optimization.  

  • Ability to think strategically while executing campaigns with precision.  

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with client services and creative teams.  

  • Experience working within an agency environment is preferred.
