Responsibilities of the Bilingual Executive Assistant:

  • Act as a key liaison for the CEO, ensuring efficient management of schedule, priorities, and strategic commitments
  • Organize, prepare, and coordinate board meeting materials, presentations, and logistics
  • Plan and execute high‑level dinners, events, and executive‑level engagements
  • Professionally engage with senior leaders across various organizations, including governmental and political stakeholders
  • Arrange and oversee both domestic and international travel with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactively anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage a wide range of organizational and operational tasks to support the CEO and overall business functions

Qualifications of the Bilingual Executive Assistant:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • MUST be a USA citizen
  • Strongly prefer an experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years supporting C‑suite executives
  • Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and exceptionally organized
  • Ability to be assertive when appropriate while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy
  • Consistently polished, executive‑ready presence with professional attire expected daily
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO and organization with professionalism in all interactions
