Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global professional services organization on a confidential search for an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and enjoys working with global teams and executives.
The ideal candidate will be a highly polished and proactive professional who can anticipate executive needs, manage complex priorities, and confidently coordinate across multiple time zones and international stakeholders. Strong international travel coordination experience is highly important for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international executive travel, including multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes
  • Partner with global stakeholders and coordinate schedules across multiple regions
  • Prepare and submit executive expense reports
  • Support executive meetings, events, and offsite planning
  • Assist with executive communications, meeting preparation, and project coordination
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Provide project-based support as needed

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong international executive travel coordination experience is required
  • Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders or executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable managing constantly changing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with global teams
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or similarly fast-paced environment is a plus
