International Business Development Manager

For over 60 years, Jaga Climate Designers has been a leader in energy-efficient and innovative heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions. Our systems create comfortable and healthy indoor environments with minimal impact on the climate outside. The results of your work can be found everywhere โ€” from your neighborโ€™s living room to the headquarters of Facebook in the United States. Would you like to work on radiators that are conquering the world?

You as International Business Development Manager :

You will be responsible for driving Jagaโ€™s commercial expansion in export markets. You combine sales drivewithtechnical insight, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring successful project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets: actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions.
  • Grow partnerships: expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
  • Promote innovation: introduce Jagaโ€™s advanced cooling and climate solutions in markets where these technologies are not yet well known.
  • Close deals: manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
  • Coordinate internally: work closely with engineering, logistics, and production to ensure successful delivery.
  • Represent Jaga abroad: attend international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits (approx. 50% travel).
