Job description

TechOp Solutions International is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Analysts to support compliance, auditing, and investigative operations within a fast-paced government support environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, motivated, and pride themselves on accurate and efficient work performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include: reviewing documentation, conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting administrative and compliance-related activities.
Duties:
  • Handle and review large quantities of documents and related information.
  • Perform data entry and validation.
  • Conduct database queries and research using government and commercial systems.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries of findings.
  • Assist with compliance reviews and audit-related activities.
  • Support the preparation of administrative documentation and case files.
  • Coordinate with investigators, auditors, and management personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum of AS degree, BA/BS Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, data analysis, or a related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and prepare detailed written reports.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must meet security eligibility requirements.
