Job Description We are seeking a Senior Manager International Accounting to join our team within the international media networks controllership function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP transformations (SAP to Oracle Fusion), GL data validation, complex reporting, and UAT and a proven ability to drive accurate data conversion, automate reporting, and deliver compliant international accounting outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead Fusion GL data validations and conversion testing, ensuring correct SAP-to-Fusion mappings and complete data loads. Test Fusion functionality to transition SAP custom reports to Fusion for automated international reporting, including Argentina hyperinflation and FX vs Non-FX requirements. Manage studio re-segmentation reporting while on SAP to support budget-to-actuals, validate SAP studio reclass accuracy, and coordinate new studio titles with finance. Conduct UAT for Fusion and convert Longview and SAP BW reports to Fusion SmartView reports. Perform complex Excel-based analyses and automations for large datasets using macros, pivot tables, lookups, and AI-driven approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 5+ years of related experience with a large audit firm and/or multi-entity organization with international operations. Experience with SAP and/or Oracle Fusion ERP systems, including GL and reporting modules. Advanced Excel proficiency with ability to automate workflows (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and AI-enabled solutions). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and effective workload prioritization and management. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including oral, written, and listening. Self-starter with initiative and follow-through; ability to collaborate across time zones. May require morning or evening meetings. Preferred Skills: CPA.
