We are looking for anย International Accounting Managerย to oversee our global accounting operations and uphold the accuracy and reliability of financial reports across all international branches. This position is vital to our continued global growth and helps ensure we meet international accounting standards. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge,ย demonstratedย leadership skills, and experience thriving in fast-paced, multinational settings.ย 

You will:ย 

  • Oversee international accounting, ensuringย accurateย and consistent financial processes.ย 
  • Manage close cycles forย timelyย reporting.ย 
  • Ensureย compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local regulations.ย 
  • Coordinate audits and filings acrossย jurisdictions.ย 
  • Maintain global policies and internal controls.ย 
  • Review foreign currency transactions andย managesย FX risk.ย 
  • Support tax planning and intercompany transactions.ย 
  • Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and legal teams.ย 
  • Supervise and develop regional accounting staff.ย 
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system upgrades.ย 
  • Prepare financial and variance analysis to inform business decisions.ย 
  • Beย an ambassador who embodies ourย Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.ย 

You have:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline isย required.ย 
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.ย 
  • Multinational organization experience with cross-border operationsย required.ย 
  • Strong IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting knowledge necessary.ย 
  • Proven analytical, communication, and leadership skillsย essential.ย 
  • Foreign currency accounting and consolidation experience.ย 
  • Global process standardization or shared services background is a plus.ย 
  • Familiarity with international tax and transfer pricing.ย 
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentย highlyย valued.ย
