Job description

Position Summary ย 
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of client delivery projects by coordinating daily project activities,maintainingdocumentation, and ensuring alignment across teams. This roleappliesNASI PMO standards and methodologies to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about improving processes, supporting technical teams, and strengthening project performance. ย 

Position Details:ย 

  • Hourly position based upon experience & skill level

  • Contract with possible contract extension or hire, current project estimated through Dec 2026

  • Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am up 5:00pm (as needed after hours/weekends)

  • Location: Onsite - Client site in New Albany, OH

Key Responsibilities ย 

  • Project Coordination & Execution ย 
  • ApplyNASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all assigned projects.ย 
  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple contributing teams. ย 
  • Assist with payroll, time off requests, and onboarding.ย 
  • Assist with material ordering of supplies and rental equipment
  • Maintainaccurateproject documentation, records, and version control in centralized systems. ย 
  • Monitor project activities,identifypotential delays, and providetimelystatus updates to the project manager. ย 
  • Assistwithrequirementsforgathering, testing, and otherproject specifictasks as needed. ย 
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration ย 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. ย 
  • Gather, organize, andvalidateproject information to ensure delivery teams have current,accuratedata. ย 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and documentation to support stakeholder communication. ย 
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships across NASI operations and all levels of theorganization. ย 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting ย 
  • Analyze project data including schedules, budgets, resourceutilization, and delivery performance. ย 
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for PMO and operations leadership. ย 
  • Maintain and distribute project materials such as status updates, policies, requirements documents, and vendor information. ย 
  • Operational Support & Continuous Improvement ย 
  • Create andmaintainproject schedules, timelines, and change-control documentation. ย 
  • Look for opportunities to improve coordination processes,optimizeworkflows, and enhance project quality. ย 
  • Support seamless transitions between project and operational functions. ย 
  • Achieve performance targets related to service quality, accuracy, and timeliness. ย

Education & Experience Requirements ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related fieldorequivalent experience. ย 
  • Minimum of2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the technology services industry. ย 
  • Understandingproject management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices. ย 
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills, includingrequirements ofdocumentation and issue troubleshooting. ย 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ย 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams, stakeholders, management, and vendors. ย 
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP platforms, ServiceNow, Salesforce.com, workforce management, andcloud-basedsystems. ย
