KMTC USA Corporation is the U.S. subsidiary of Korea Marine Transport Co., Ltd. (KMTC), a global container carrier headquartered in Korea. KMTC operates an international container shipping network connecting major trade lanes across Asia and other regions. Job Summary

Support the day-to-day execution of vessel schedules and operational activities. This role plays a key part in monitoring performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and global teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational milestones
  • Track and manage exceptions, delays, and service disruptions
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and updates for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments and global network offices
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements related to vessel operations
  • Analyze operational data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
