Salary: $25/hour

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a paid Product Documentation and Operations Intern to support product release, documentation, enablement, research, and backlog organization activities during the summer. This is a temporary, part-time, non-exempt internship designed to provide hands-on experience with product operations, release communications, product documentation, user enablement, and AI-assisted workflow support.


The duration of this internship is 10 - 12 weeks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Release Documentation Support

Assist with preparing initial drafts and supporting materials for recurring release artifacts, which may include:

  • Internal Release Briefs
  • Product All Hands presentation materials
  • Release Notes
  • Traceability Appendices
  • Permissions Matrices
  • Notifications Matrices
  • Other release-related documentation as assigned

Training & Enablement Support

Support updates to product enablement and training materials as new features are released. This may include assisting with:

  • User guide updates
  • Quick reference guides
  • Training materials
  • Internal enablement content
  • Documentation cleanup or formatting
  • Drafting proposed updates based on approved feature information

Product Research Support

Conduct supervised research to help inform product positioning, roadmap conversations, stakeholder discussions, and future planning. Responsibilities may include:

  • Gathering information from approved internal or external sources
  • Summarizing findings
  • Preparing short research briefs
  • Organizing themes, trends, or stakeholder inputs
  • Identifyingopen questions for Product team review

Product Enhancements Backlog Support

Assistwithmaintainingand organizing the Product Enhancements Backlog. This may include:

  • Reviewing backlog items for completeness
  • Organizing or tagging enhancement requests
  • Identifyingduplicates or related items for review
  • Preparing monthly summaries of common themes
  • Using approved AI tools, wherepermitted, to help draft summaries oridentifypatterns
