Product Design
Interns contributes to the evolution of delivering innovative products to support the best athletes/consumers in the world. They partner with teams to establish new standards that support best practices. They are asked to work cooperatively on initiatives within the team and be exposed to the cross-functional matrix (Product Development, Business Development, Design, Category Partners, etc.). They partner with teams to establish new standards that support best practices for product creation and beyond. Interns will also assist the team in the fit and construction from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned styles to lead to on time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals. You will support the research and ideation for concept development, including the testing and validation towards final item approval.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 - Spring 2029

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortability presenting to a large audience, including senior leadership

  • Proven experience leading projects or teams

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • A passion for Nike/Jordan/Converse
