Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Production Artist Intern to assist in the preparation, refinement, and execution of creative assets across print and digital channels. This role is primarily focused on supporting the production process—ensuring assets are completed quickly, accurately, and in alignment with brand and technical standards.

The Production Artist Intern will work under the direction of the Creative Director and collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer, Traffic Coordinator, and Merchandising Specialist. This role also supports influencer, ambassador, and content creative initiatives by tracking deliverables and coordinating product fulfillment. The ideal candidate reflects our values and is highly organized, technically proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and finalizing creative assets for print and digital use, ensuring proper formatting, sizing, and resolution.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Support the production of catalogs, packaging updates, digital ads, email marketing assets, digital and physical merchandising, and e-commerce graphics.
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries, file structures, and planogram systems.
  • Assist in executing updates to existing creative materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, and E-commerce teams to support asset production needs.
  • Track influencer, content creator and ambassador deliverables to ensure timelines and content requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and assist with shipping products to influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Support and assist the execution of physical merchandising solutions.
  • Prepare physically mockups of packaging, planograms and displays
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in personal and shared work areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED (required), some college in Graphic Design or related field preferred
  • Experience or coursework in graphic design, marketing, 3D designs, or a related field preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with print and digital production processes is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with 3D applications is preferred (SketchUp, Keyshot)
  • Knowledge in best practices with ai software to support creative initiatives
  • Interest in the outdoor industry is a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment:
• General office environment, with some exposure to plant environment, with fork lift and other general hazards. Some exposure to outdoors, rough terrain, firearms, and lead.

Within any of our facilities, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne liquid chemicals, fine particulate dust, ambient temperatures, and industrial lighting. Work environment is similar to most manufacturing and distribution operations. May be exposed to excessive noise, temperatures, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, work in confined quarters, exposure to vibrations and shop lighting, continuous exposure to hot temperatures, may be humid, odors, dust, continuous exposure to mechanical hazards, and occasional exposure to chemical hazards.
The following Personal Protective Equipment is required:

• Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection required when on manufacturing floor
The use of additional personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes safety eyewear, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
