To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
This position is Remote; however, some travel to various locations a few times annually will be required. *Prefer candidates that are located near one of our facilities in either Wisconsin, Arizona, N.Carolina, or Virginia.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct day-to-day full lifecycle recruitment as determined by business needs, including traditional and creative sourcing techniques, resume review, candidate screening, and managing the interview process steps
  • Work with hiring managers to define their requirements, develop unique job descriptions to attract top talent, and set expectations considering the market conditions and business needs
  • Act as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of their requisitions, candidate pipeline, status, and expectations
  • Leverage hiring manager relationships to successfully influence, guide, and drive the recruitment process to meet the needs of the business.
  • Actively participate in the cultivation, monitoring, and improvement in the experiences of candidates, managers, and associates as they traverse our hiring process
  • Administer the appropriate company assessments
  • Engage with Printpack associates to encourage participation in the referral program and facilitate communication to the referral and its source.
  • Stay current on the organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serve as a liaison with vendor partners, colleges/universities, industry associations, and community organization partners
  • Review and understand recruiting data and provide status updates and analysis to internal customers and HR leadership
  • Improve organizational efficiency by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Maintain an accurate record of recruiting activities to ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations
  • Utilize a multi-channel recruiting process to fill the pipeline with high-quality candidates, including, but not limited to, active applicants, passive candidate leads, internal recruiting, employee referrals, social networking, college networking, internships, job fairs, etc
  • Assist with Printpack's Intern/Co-op programs by participating in college/university relations, career events, alumni associations partnerships, info sessions, and volunteer events
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of diversity initiatives, whether hosted by Printpack internally or externally supported by Printpack
  • Maintain and enhance expertise by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Facilitate remote candidate interviewing by either coordinating the accessibility of all parties and current technology or coordinating travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Assist with items regarding Immigration/Visa Sponsorships for new employees

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or a role proactively recruiting talent to support a company's business needs
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday preferred
