INTERN JOB TITLE:

SharePoint Knowledge Management

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The intern will build and maintain a SharePoint knowledge portal for systems and applications. They will work with system administrators and developers to gather and update runbooks, diagrams, and technical documentation. Deliverables include flowcharts, architectural diagrams, and possibly the creation of ServiceNow request forms.

Detail oriented, Self Starter, IT Knowledge/ Technical background
