Job description

The Summer Hotel Administration Intern will work directly with Hotel Leadership and Department Managers to gain comprehensive exposure to the operational, financial, and administrative functions of a full-service hotel.
This position serves as a leadership development opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in hotel management, strategic coordination, guest service oversight, and cross-departmental operations.
In addition to administrative responsibilities, the intern will participate in structured rotations through key hotel departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of overall hotel performance and leadership execution.
  • Assist Hotel General Manager and leadership team with daily operational support
  • Participate in daily operational briefings and leadership meetings
  • Support preparation of operational reports and performance dashboards
  • Assist with budget tracking and productivity analysis
  • Review guest feedback and assist with service recovery follow-up
  • Support coordination of interdepartmental communication
  • Assist with project-based assignments focused on improving operational efficiency
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past 12 months) from an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in:
    • Hospitality Management
    • Hotel & Resort Management
    • Business Administration
    • Tourism Management
    • Finance (hospitality-focused)
    • Or related field
