Requirements and Description
The Special Projects Intern will support the Chairman's Office with a variety of projects focused on organization, document management, records retention, and office initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working independently, managing details, and contributing to projects that improve efficiency and preserve important company information.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with document scanning, digitization, and electronic file organization.
  • Support records management, archival, and document retention projects.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with office clean-up, inventory, and organization initiatives.
  • Support special projects related to company history, executive records, and business operations.
  • Conduct basic research and data entry as needed for ongoing projects.
  • Track project progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the Chairman's Office.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with a variety of projects.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with filing, records management, or administrative projects.
  • Interest in business operations, project coordination, or office administration.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes or files as needed.
