About the Opportunity

Argen Interns are provided a great opportunity to learn more about their field of study. The internship will both challenge and develop technical and business skills in a real world setting.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

  • Support the business needs for the department.
  • Assist on department project or proposal.
  • Present the results of the work completed during internship or project overview.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals and gain market experience.
  • Engage in a department project and execute as agreed upon.
  • Participate in company, department, and culture community meetings.
  • Provide assistance with key corporate priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be successful?

  • Currently in the process/enrolled in high school or obtaining a 4-year degree or advanced degree or trade school certification.
  • Have a 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 Scale.
  • Must be willing to work on site, no hybrid options available.
  • Takes initiative, has a high energy level, and acts with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Demonstration of leadership, community service, or other awards.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a variety of tasks and multiple projects.
