Job description

Overview:
Terracon is offering exciting internship and co-op opportunities for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in consulting engineering. Whether you're passionate about industrial hygiene, public health, or environmental solutions, this program is designed to help you explore your interests and grow professionally. 
 

 
Majors Considered:
Industrial Health, Environmental Health, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Toxicology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Construction Engineering, Biology, Geology, Environmental Studies/Science/Management, Natural Resource Management, Chemistry or related fields
What You'll Do: 

  • Work alongside experienced technical staff in the field and office
  • Participate in real-world projects and client interactions 
  • Learn technical skills including sampling, testing, data analysis, and report writing relating to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Limited Site Investigations (LSIs), regulatory compliance permits and plans, and biological habitat assessments
  • Receive mentorship and career guidance from industry professionals 
  • Join a national intern cohort and present to executive leadership 
  • Environmental interns receive paid 40-hour safety OSHA HAZWOPER training at start

Qualifications:
