Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting next-generation semiconductor fabrication facilities. This role is responsible for managing electrical power distribution across complex, active industrial facilities to ensure safe, precise, and reliable system performance. The successful candidate will apply analytical and design expertise to evaluate electrical loads, develop system layouts, and collaborate across disciplines in high-tech manufacturing environments.


Core Responsibilities

  • Power Distribution Management: Manage and optimize electrical power distribution across multiple buildings and active facilities.
  • Load Analysis & Validation: Analyze, calculate, and validate electrical loading parameters for switchboards, distribution boards, and panel boards.
  • Circuit Assignment: Formulate and execute precise electrical circuit assignments for complex facility systems.
  • Design & Layout Development: Develop, refine, and review comprehensive electrical layouts using advanced CAD and BIM platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient electrical system operations.
  • Field Support: Conduct field evaluations within active construction and industrial environments, including walking facilities and navigating active infrastructure.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of related electrical engineering experience within an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy infrastructure sector.
  • Technical Software: Proficiency in utilizing SKM PowerTools for Windows (PTW) or equivalent power systems analysis software.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design development.
  • Compliance & Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Certifications: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or progress toward a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
