Intermediate Architect – Mission-Driven Design
Our clients are nonprofits and community organizations, and every project we take on has purpose behind it — whether it's affordable housing, community centers, educational facilities, or religious spaces.
We're looking for an Intermediate Architect (4–7 years experience) who wants more than a paycheck. Someone who brings technical skill and design sensibility, but also genuinely cares about who the end users are.
What you'll do: Work closely with principals and clients from schematic design through construction administration. You'll have real ownership of projects — not just drafting someone else's vision — and direct relationships with clients who are passionate about their missions.
You're a fit if you:
· Have 4–7 years of architectural experience (licensure in progress or complete)
. REVIT experience
· Are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast, lean environment
· Have experience with or curiosity about community-focused, civic, or nonprofit work
· Communicate well — with clients, contractors, and colleagues
· Thrive in a small studio
· Licensed or licensure in progress a must.
What we offer: A tight-knit team, meaningful work, and the chance to see your designs make a tangible difference in people's lives. Competitive salary, flexibility, and a culture that values craft over volume.
