The Department of Construction Management and Interior Design is seeking applicants to be part of a departmental pool of part-time adjunct faculty. Possible teaching assignments may include introductory courses, studio courses, and/or interior design courses.
Applications will be held on file until December 2025. Applicants in the departmental pool will be notified only if opportunity becomes available in her or his area(s) of expertise.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

The Department of Construction Management and Interior Design is seeking applicants to be part of a departmental pool of part-time adjunct faculty. Possible teaching assignments may include introductory courses, studio courses, and/or interior design courses.

Teaching introductory courses, studio courses, or interior design courses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Terminal or master's degree in interior design, architecture or related field from an accredited institution by date of appointment, OR:

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related area by the date of appointment and the following will be considered.

  • a. A minimum of five (5) years of experience.

  • b. Experience at the managerial/professional level.

  • Licensure, relevant industry experience, industry awards. Prior teaching experience in higher education, competency in using software such as Revit; evidence of involvement in professional organizations in the discipline. NCIDQ certification.
