Job description

Seasonal Building Maintenance
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
  • Assist in minor building repairs
  • Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
  • Report to a maintenance manager all issues
  • Perform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside area, insure all areas are kept clean and in a safe condition
  • Prepares and paints walls and general custodial duties as required
  • Other house keeping and maintenance projects as assigned
Requirements and skills
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders
  • Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist. Indoor/ out-door work environment with exposure to weather extremes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
