Employees in these roles often work on developing, implementing, or supporting solutions such as call center software, unified communications, and cloud contact center platforms. After being acquired by Genesys in 2016, many former Interactive Intelligence roles now focus on similar technologies within Genesys' product suite. These jobs usually require skills in software development, customer support, or IT project management, and involve working with businesses to improve their customer interaction systems.
