Job Description
Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group (YSG) is seeking a senior Army Intelligence Business Development Consultant to provide part-time on-call support to YSG business development and growth opportunities within the U.S. Army Intelligence environment. The position requires interfacing with senior YSG Leadership, stakeholders, and multiple customers within the Intelligence Community.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate capture activities with YSG Leadership and YSG Growth Department.
  • Support development and execution of customer engagement plans.
  • Develop and facilitate key relationships within specified target groups and areas.
  • Assist in strategic growth planning to best position the company to achieve target goals.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • More than 20 years' experience with U.S. Army Intelligence, experience can be either through military service or retired government service supporting U.S. Army Intelligence. Military experience can be as a retired Senior NCO (E8 - E9), CWO 3-5, or Field Grade Officer (O-4 or above)
  • Experience with Business Development or related experience.
  • Understanding of capture process and risk-based assessment.
  • Able to perform the required services in a discrete, relevant, and professional manner.
  • Able to interface with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with executives and supporting related initiative across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Retired Military Intelligence Colonel (O-6) with strong ties to Fort Huachuca, Army INSCOM, CCMD J2s, and other various joint and U.S. Army Intelligence environments is desired.
  • Possess strong professional and personal networks within Fort Huachuca, Army INSCOM, CCMD J2s, and the U.S. Army Intelligence community.
  • Able to access military installations.
  • Able to travel throughout CONUS and OCONUS if required.

Clearance: Must possess an active SECRET security clearance, Top Secret/SCI is preferred.
