A Day in the Life:


Expect to handle a mix of copyright, trademark, and domain name work—clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. You’ll collaborate with a team that values practical business sense and advocacy, serving clients across industries in the nation’s capital.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant IP experience
  • Admitted to the Washington, DC Bar
  • Experience in trademark/copyright matters and IP litigation
  • Law school transcript required
