Your work will span copyright, trademark, and domain name matters—clearance, prosecution, enforcement campaigns, and litigation support. You’ll thrive in a culture that values collaboration and proactive client service.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of IP experience
  • Admitted to the Colorado Bar
  • Expertise in trademark/copyright clearance, prosecution, policing, and litigation
  • Law school transcript required
