The Enterprise Customer Fulfillment and Integration organization is looking for an experienced Business Architect to enable successful integration of new products, businesses, and value creation into Intel's supply chain.
This position is a critical role in support of OTC Customer Integration and Supply Chain Enablement Initiatives. Primary work includes defining supply chain requirement gaps and leading integration teams for enabling unique capabilities on product and/or value creation deals roadmap. This position is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, high tolerance for ambiguity, effective problem solving and inclusive leadership across highly matrixed stakeholder teams.
Included in a business architect's responsibilities:
Working closely in partnership with integration leads and across Intel's supply chain organizations, sales, IT, Finance, Legal, and business unit stakeholders
Design and Deliver integrations in support of the future state of Intel Products Supply Chain planning, objectives, and strategy, including customer program execution
Advocate for Intel Products needs across a large stakeholder network to translate supply chain capability gaps into business process , data and tool requirements that are scalable to known supply chain transformations
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following skills and experience:

  • Project Management: demonstrated broad Supply Chain and project management knowledge, proven experience with leading project teams
  • Requirements Definition: demonstrated ability to represent customer needs and translate them into clear business and program requirements.
  • Analytical Thinking: a strong ability to analyze complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions, comfortable operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Business Operations: deep knowledge of how the supply chain impacts overall business operations and profitability
    Communication: ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams, including executive level engagement
  • Supply Chain Management Software: proficiency in various supply chain tools and ERP systems
  • Data Analytics: ability to understand various data sets and define KPIs and dashboards needed to drive the correct behaviors and business decisions.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral abilities:

  • Problem solving in a complex environment
  • Working within a cross-functional team environment with effective communications skills and able to cultivate new connections and working partnerships

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a STEM degree or higher in Business or Engineering or Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or related field discipline with 5+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Supply Planning Operations, Program Management, or Integration Enablement
  • 1+ years with Semiconductor Manufacturing knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Business or Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field discipline
  • PMP certification is a plus
    APICS certification is a plus
  • Experience and expertise in Blue Yonder and/or SAP preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $167,740.00-200,560.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
