As a customer service representative, you will be on the front lines of adding value for our clients and sales representatives as you answer questions and fulfill service requests.  We are looking for individuals committed to creating an exceptional customer experience using energetic, effective phone skills and problem-solving and prioritizing abilities.  Do not be concerned if you don’t have an insurance background – we provide excellent training to ensure you succeed.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer service or business
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong keyboarding skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications

You will go through an 8 week training program that begins on August 24, 2026. Hours during training will be 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Shift hours after training will vary.

Insurance Service Specialist pay range is $25.20 - $34.20.  Starting salary will be $25.20.
