Go-To-Market Execution: Drive launch execution for new products and attachment solutions through campaign planning, dealer communication, sales enablement tools, launch assessments, customer-facing messaging.

Content and Brand Execution: Lead development and deployment of campaign messaging, dealer toolkits, product launch materials, brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and event support materials. Help translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-facing value propositions.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or go-to-market execution
  • Experience leading projects, campaigns, or direct reports
  • Strong communication and project leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and drive initiatives forward

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing, construction, industrial, heavy equipment, or dealer/distribution experience
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience
  • Experience supporting dealer networks or B2B channels

Why Blue Diamond?

  • Competitive salary plus monthly profit-sharing bonuses that reward team success
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation pay, and more
  • Growth and advancement opportunities within a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Team-focused culture built on Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Compassion, Growth, and Positivity
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through operational support, process improvement, and team development

If you are energized by ownership, execution, collaboration, and building marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results, we would love to hear from you.
