Job description

Our client is in the midst of an Oracle global transformation, and we’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Oracle Integrations Manager to drive their enterprise integration efforts forward. In this role, you will lead their design, implementation, and optimization across key business systems, including Oracle Cloud, POS, HR, Finance, and others.

You'll act as a key link between technology and business, bringing structure, governance, and efficiency to a growing global architecture. Your contributions will directly influence operations across the United States, the United Kingdom, and more than eight additional international markets.

This is a direct-hire, on-site position located in Knoxville, TN.

COMP: $110K - $170K based on candidate’s experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own end-to-end integration delivery between Oracle Cloud and external systems (e.g., POS, HR, Finance).
  • Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize integration performance post–go-live.
  • Implement robust governance, compliance (SOX), and security controls across all integrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff and build long-term integration capabilities within the organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure global data flow is accurate.
  • Provide input into overall architecture strategy, with a strong understanding of both Oracle and non-Oracle systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft), and large-scale system architecture.
  • Experience integrating with financial systems, SQL Server, POS platforms & other enterprise apps.
  • Familiarity with global systems and compliance frameworks, including SOX and security best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate across IT, finance, and business teams on a global level.
