As the Manager of Integrations Delivery you are responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will  focus on team development, project oversight, and the continuous improvement of integration delivery standards-driving both operational excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and workstreams.
  • Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution.
  • Partner with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment of consultant deliverables with solution design.
  • Monitor consultant utilization, productivity, and professional development, ensuring capacity planning aligns with demand.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support career development for integration consultants.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to support scoping, resource planning, and pre-sales activities.
  • Support quality assurance and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement and an innovative mindset with the team for tools and processes finding efficiencies and ways to automate.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5  years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
    2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
    Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
  • Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.
