  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, construction, MEP, commissioning, operations, and third-party vendors for mission critical systems.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, contract administration, and performance oversight for industrial and warehouse-style builds, including tilt up construction.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards on site.
  • Liaise with cloud stakeholders (including AWS teams), clients, and internal business units to align technical requirements, site readiness, and deployment timelines.
  • Implement risk management and contingency planning for mission-critical infrastructure and schedule-sensitive milestones.
  • Drive commissioning, testing, and turnover processes; validate system performance and handover documentation for operations.
  • Maintain clear and timely project reporting and executive-level communication, including status reports, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
  • Promote a safety-first culture on job sites and lead proactive measures to minimize incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs.
Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with cloud providers and deployment teams (AWS exposure preferred).
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable; Commissioning credentials a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, complex schedules, subcontractor networks, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
